Volviche

Lletra: Xosé Miguel Suarez
Música: Javier Tejedor

Volviche
Fincache os pés na terra
As portas da túa casa
siguen abertas.

Chegache.
Atópaste cos tous.
El cuarto unde naciche
sempre t’espera.

Volta:
Espertóuche el alma
col sal que vén del mar.
As pedras del camín
fálanche al andar.

Al cabo, tas na casa.
Hai rixos pra empezar.
As palabras da túa xente
desfáin a señarda.

Escuita.
El vento del nordés
refolga nas ventas
dende a ribeira.

Atende.
El tempo volve estiar.
As rayolas del sol
relluman lledas.

Volta:
Espertóuche el alma
Col sal que vén del mar.
As pedras del camín
fálanche al andar.

Al cabo, tas na casa.
Hai rixos pra empezar.
As palabras da túa xente
desfáin a señarda.

Volviche.
Fincache os pés na terra.
As portas da túa casa
siguen abertas.

Chegache.
Atópaste cos tous.
El cuarto unde naciche
sempre t’espera.

Volta:
Espertóuche el alma
col sal que vén del mar.
As pedras del camín
fálanche al andar.

Al cabo, tas na casa.
Hai rixos pra empezar.
As palabras da túa xente
desfáin a señarda.

You’ve come back

Lyrics: Xosé Miguel Suárez
Music: Javier Tejedor

You’ve come back.
You’ve planted your feet on the ground.
The doors of your house
are still open.

You’ve arrived.
You’re with your folk.
The bedroom where you were born
will always wait for you.

Chorus:
Your soul awoke
with the sea salt.
The stones of your path
talk to you as you walk.

Finally you’re at home.
There’s strength to start.
Your folk’s words
disperse the nostalgia.

Listen.
The North East wind
pulls at the windows
from the shore

Look.
The weather’s cleared again.
The sun’s rays
shine contentedly.

Chorus:
Your soul awoke
with the sea salt.
The stones of your path
talk to you as you walk.

Finally you’re at home.
There’s strength to start.
Your folk’s words
disperse the nostalgia.

You’ve come back.
You’ve planted your feet on the ground.
The doors of your house
are still open.

You’ve arrived.
You’re with your folk.
The bedroom where you were born
will always wait for you.

Chorus:
Your soul awoke
with the sea salt.
The stones of your path
talk to you as you walk.

Finally you’re at home.
There’s strength to start.
Your folk’s words
disperse the nostalgia.
