Ella Marie Hætta Isaksen

Ella Marie Hætta Isaksen is 18 years old, from Tana, in the north of Norway. She has developed her own sound by combining joik and Sami lyrics with modern pop and electronica.

The last years she has been part of many different projects, but is now working on her first album with her band ISÁK. She truly loves to perform, which is very visible when she enters the stage. Her dream is to be able to make Sami music for the whole world.

In 2016 she won the Sami song contest “Sámi Grand Prix” with the Sami song “Luoddaearru” (“Crossroad”) and will participate at Liet International 2017 with this song.
